What is Neuro Linguistic Programming? [NLP] Minimize


NLP is the study of the structure of subjective experience. 
Or, put in English, NLP studies the impact thoughts have on 
mood, behavior and performance. Since we know that all 
actions originate in the mind, NLP helps understand how 
we create behavior and offers a series of powerful 
techniques for rapid change and personal development.
